Frigiliana - Villa

Verdadero remanso de paz. Muy buenas vacaciones ! Mas à la hauteur de la description faite sur le site. Panorama magnifique depuis la terrasse principale ! Très bon séjour où toutes les conditions sanitaires étaient réunies pour nous faire passer de belles vacances malgré cette période Covid. De très jolis quartiers à voir sur Frigiliana. Détour par Grenade indispensable !!

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa! Los propietarios son encantadores y atentos a todo lo que podamos necesitar. Las vistas impresionantes, incluso mejores que en las fotos! La piscina es muy agradable (muy buena temperatura) y la casa muy funcional. Se agradecen todas las terracitas y rincones. Ubicación muy buena y tranquilidad absoluta: menos de 10 min en coche de Frigiliana y 20 min de la playa! 100% recomendable!

Villa preciosa. La casa muy bien. La piscina pequeña, pero suficiente para refrescarte. Todo muy limpio y con muchos detalles, sobre todo en el trabajo exterior. El camino para llegar muy tortuoso, pero eso hace que la villa sea más tranquila.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön in den Bergen gelegen. Die Zufahrt ist etwas unwegsam aber mit einem normalen Auto gut machbar. Bis Frigilana ca. 10min mit dem Auto. Wir hatten leider viel Regen aber das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut zu heizen mit den Klimaanlagen und dem Kamin. Carlos war sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa over Christmas. We even had the log burning fire going on a few evenings which made it even more Xmassy! Not the 1st time we have stayed here so knew it would be perfect for us.

Lovely house with beautiful views on two sides, more than a few places in the garden to sit and read or eat during the day. Clean and spacious swimming pool. Bathroom seems renovated, nice shower. Kitchen wel equipped. Comfortable couch inside, in case of a rainy day. And we really enjoyed the local roads to and from the house!

Kurz zusammengefasst: Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt und haben die ruhige Lage und den Blick auf Frigiliana, die Berge und das Meer genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was wir benötigten und die Kinder haben viel Zeit im Pool verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit den wahnsinnig freundlichen Gastgebern war schnell und einfach. Auch wenn wir nicht die Urlauber sind, die ""regelmäßig"" an den gleichen Ort reisen, ist ein weiterer Aufenthalt hier sehr wahrscheinlich!

A truely lovely property. It is private and peaceful with wonderful views in all directions. Good pool and nice garden surrounds. Fully equiped but cutlery could do with an update. The bed was extremely comfortable. Carlos and his son were very helpful.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war in einem super Zustand und es fehlte an nichts. Auch auf den Terrassen boten sich viele Plätze zum Verweilen. Im Ganzen waren das Haus und der Garten mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Für Abwechslung sorgten der Pool, ein kleines Gartenhäuschen mit Billardtisch und Dartsscheibe und die Outdoorküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und total unkompliziert. Wir konnten leider kein Spanisch, aber die Konversation auf Englisch war einwandfrei. Insgesamt war das Haus für uns ein Volltreffer. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We have just returned from the villa - it took our breath away how beautiful the views of the mountains and sea are. The villa was comfortable- swimming pool really clean and fun. The bathroom was great and shower really powerful after a hot day. There are 7 areas to sit outside with tables and chairs. Thank you

Schönes Landhaus mit Blick auf Frigiliana und das Meer. Gut eingerichtet, mit schönen Sitzplätzen ums Haus und Pool. Die Zufahrt von oberhalb des Dorfes über den ""Cam. de la Cruz"" ist zwar etwas weiter, aber definitiv am besten zu befahren! Da das Haus exponiert an den Berghängen liegt, kann es etwas windig und in der Übergangszeit auch etwas wolkiger sein als unten am Meer.

We loved our stay at the Cortijo. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and had stunning views, the type that make you dream of a simpler life. Thank you Ralph for sharing it with us. Carlos and the team were wonderful. We would definitely recommend a stay and hope to visit again.

It is the most wonderful little house in a lovely and peaceful environment. We had a fantastic week here and are already looking forward to coming back. The owner is very helpful and comes back to you quickly. I rate it as one of the best places I ever visited.

Loved this villa, everything that we needed was there. Fab views, nice and quiet.

Lovely rustic villa with fabulous views! Spacious, quiet and private. If a chilly spell the wood burner soon warms up the place. Plenty of hot water and a great shower. The road for the last few miles takes a bit of getting used to (we didn’t venture out at night). The beautiful village of Frigiliana is only a 15 min drive away.

Lovely home in a peaceful setting and lots of great outdoor spaces. Everything you need for a fabulous stay.

We had a lovely stay! Wonderful stay in the mountains we love so much and the house lived up to our expectations. Everything with the booking, checking in and out went perfectly. When we asked for a new kettle it waited for us on the porch two days later. Very nice and looking forward to return!

Excellent property well managed, very clean, the pool was great . The owner was very pleasant, the property was fantastic, wonderful visit all round.

Super freundlich und sauber. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Er kam 1x in der Woche die Aussenanlage säubern. Wer an diesem ruhigen Ort sich nicht entspannen kann, ist es selber schuld. Wir haben unsere Energie voll aufgetankt.

Très belle maison bien équipée et vraiment propre. Le jardin vaut également le détour avec ses nombreuses terrasses et recoins, ainsi que sa piscine et la vue imprenable sur la mer, sans oublier le coin barbecue très agréable. Carlos et sa famille sont des gens très accueillants et vraiment agréables, et Carlos a été très réactif à nos demandes, notamment un petit soucis de chasse d’eau qu’il a réglé très rapidement. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison où nous ne manquons de rien dans cet endroit vraiment isolé, dépaysant et relaxant.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Frigiliana und haben vor allem das großzügige Grundstück mit dem tollen Garten voller Blumen, dem Ausblick auf Frigiliana, das Meer und die Berge sowie den Pool sehr genossen. Überall um die Villa herum hat es Sitzplätze zum Verweilen z.B. unter dem Schatten von Avocadobäumen. Wenn die Sonne scheint, dann hat man von morgens bis abends Sonne auf der Terrasse! Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen, ein Auto ist notwendig.

We were really surprised at just how good this was! The garden has so many seating areas and fruit trees, and has panoramic views of Frigiliana, Nerja, the sea and the green valley. It was private and very quiet. It's a 5-10 minute drive to Frigiliana, all on tarmac, so no trouble at all. The inside was immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owners take great pride in the cottage, and have put so much love into it. The pool is so clear and fresh. It's far better than it looks in the photos, and all thoughtfully decorated in rustic style. We had the best holiday here, and I can't recommend it highly enough. We met the owners, and they were so kind and hospitable- a lovely family!

Roads are a bit narrow to get there but apps work well. House was clean and the owner is helpful (speaks Spanish). I enjoyed staying there and the quiet. Gets windy at night so door and shutters make some noise but you get used to it.

Fantastic! Highly recommended. Stunning views Beautiful garden Clean Very rustic and very quiet! Make sure to bring a car, or prepare your legs for a serious cycling workout. Not close to amenities, so bring some shopping. Highly recommend this place.

Magnifique vue paronamique sur mer et le village de Frigiliana, avec des fruits de toutes sorte ; maison au typique espagnol de l’Andalousie.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé les terrasses à l’extérieur et la proximité de la mer tout en étant tranquille. La situation de la maison est top. Mer, balades, visites : tout y est. Très bel environnement, à proximité de tout. À prendre en compte que l’accès est par une route pentue et parfois étroite. On recommande le bar restaurant El Acebuchal, cuisine du terroir dans un cadre très joli.

Awesome place. We had such a good time. The views are even better than on the photos. The hosts are also super friendly!

This was without doubt the most relaxing villa to recharge the batteries, the views were spectacular and the garden a real treasure with so many different seating areas to enjoy both the sun and the shade. The only suggestions we would have to improve the overall enjoyment would be the provision of better cushions for the outdoor seating and my wife (as would most) would have appreciated a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms but that is really nit picking. A real find 10/10.

From booking to arrival everything was wonderfully managed by Casitas Select & Carlos who met us in Frigiliana to escort us to the property. We have stayed in this area over several years & this is our favourite location so far. Although close to other properties very private & cannot imagine how the panoramic views could be bettered. Cortigo equipped with everything we needed, beautifully maintained & very clean. Carlos easily contactable if we had any problems. Prearranged midweek visit to clean pool/water garden ensured no surprise visit to intrude on your idyllic holiday. As always in this area driving conditions may not suit everyone but is not as 'hairy' as other properties we have stayed in. Couple of local bars in walkable distance & if fit enough can walk to Frigiliana although steep on way back. Pool is accessed by ladder type steps so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or small children but no problem for us. Outside areas are fabulous choice sun/shade.

Une vue magnifique sur la campagne et la mer, maison très agréable à vivre avec de beaux espaces extérieurs. Hôtes accueillants et réactifs. Un excellent séjour !

Just stayed for nine days at this villa. Fabulous location very peaceful setting but just a short drive to Frigiliana. A lovely Spanish village with tapas bars and restaurants. Car hire a must. But just 20 minute walk from the villa there is a bar/restaurant run by Conchita worth a visit (ignore reviews about Conchita's rudeness she is a sweetheart). The villa is very Spanish in style comfortable and clean. Outside terrace's and pool are great with superb mountain and sea views. We ate outside all the time. Carlos the owner of the villa was very helpful. Showed us to the villa on arrival, and came during our stay to water the plants and clean the pool (helped by Lupo his small dog). Really recommend this villa a great place to unwind and re-charge the batteries.

This villa was perfect for our family of three. In the end our two year old slept in our room so we didn't need the spare. The villa has everything one needs and is tastefully decorated. The outside areas are excellent with a nice swimming pool, bbq area and the views cannot be faulted. Although not an issue for us, the drive from the main road down a country road is a little rough and perhaps might not be ideal for a nervous driver. The owners were very helpful on arrival, as were Casitas Select.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, et nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette villa, tout fonctionnait et pour 2 nous avions largement de la place.
Seul petit bémol, la route d'accès vraiment étroite et pentue, mais nous avions été prévenu avant.

Un grand merci aussi à CASITAS SELECT pour nous avoir parfaitement renseigné et aidé à trouver cette villa.

De uitzichten zijn echt fantastisch en het is heerlijk rustig. Zwembad heerlijk. Fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Sfeervol en echt Spaans binnen. Werd niet erg warm binnen. Eigenaar spreekt weinig Engels dus handen en voeten zijn nodig. Wel heel vriendelijk. Wat aandachtspunten: de matrassen met veren zijn heel hard en echt niet meer van deze tijd. Schoon huis, behalve de keuken wat smoezelig. Gasten laten het met een vaatwasser erbij waarschijnlijk schoner achter. Toegangsweg is slecht, echt even doorzetten (alternatief is er niet, geprobeerd maar weer omgedraaid). In de tuin staan wat potten met vies stilstaand water. Niet alle ramen hebben horren.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Anwesen, ein super netter Vermieter mit guter Betreuung - uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

We have just come back from an amazing week of Andalusian sunshine in Frigiliana with temperatures up to 30 degrees and that in the beginning of April! The holiday cottage is lovely and better than we expected from the photos. Especially the outdoor space is amazing with several terraces with and without shade and with different kind of chairs, loungers etc. The views from the cottage are breathtaking with stunning views of the surrounding valleys, Frigiliana and the Med. Due to it's position on the edge of a ""ridge"", you have almost 360 degrees of pure bliss! We never thought we would use the pool in April, but due to the warm sunshine, we spent a lot of time in the pool. The pool has a depth from 1.20 - 1.60 and was perfect for us, but maybe not for small children. The cottage itself is typical Spanish and has pretty much everything you need at a holiday home. We didn't meet Ralph, but he always responded quickly to our emails prior to our trip and gave us all the instructions we needed. Carlos, the owner of the cottage, met us on arrival and showed us around his place. We never had the need to contact either of them during our stay, because all was well. We will definitely come back to this cottage, as we all had such a lovely time. Thanks for letting us stay here!

Le tout bien entretenu chaque semaine par propriétaires et personnel.
Equipement vaisselle un peu juste (si vous aimez cuisiner.... robot ménager, moule à gâteaux...).

An unsere zweiwöchige Rundreise durch Andalusien haben wir noch eine Woche in dieser Finca angeschlossen, um auszuruhen, die Seele baumeln zu lassen und dennoch Unterhaltung in der Nähe zu haben (das Dörfchen Frigiliana/ca. 15 min mit dem Auto, das Meer mit tollen unberührten Buchten an der Steilküste hinter Maro/ca. 35 min mit dem Auto, etc.). Mit unserer Entscheidung waren wir absolut happy. Die Finca ist exakt wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, die Einrichtung einfach/rustikal, aber mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Praktisch war auch die Waschmaschine vor Ort. Einzig das Bett im Schlafzimmer war etwas zu schmal und zu kurz, insbesondere für meinen Freund (183cm). Traumhaft sind in der Finca vor allem die liebevoll hergerichteten und gepflegten Außenanlagen des Häuschens mit verschiedenen Terrassen und Sitzgelegenheiten mit Blick zum weißen Dorf und zum Meer, dem kleinen Garten mit Zitronenbaum etc. und dem tollen nicht einsehbaren Pool. Drei unserer sechseinhalb Tage haben wir ausschließlich in der Finca bzw. dem Garten verbracht (was nicht üblich für uns ist), einfach weil wir es dort so entspannend fanden. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer Carlos war auch sehr angenehm; während unseres Aufenthaltes, kam er auch einmal (während wir unterwegs waren), um die Pflanzen zu gießen und nach dem Pool zu schauen. Die Schüsselübergabe lief sehr unproblematisch: am ersten Tag traf er sich mit uns an einem vorab abgesprochenen Treffpunkt und fuhr dann mit seinem PKW vor, um uns zur Finca zu führen. Die Zufahrt zum Häuschen erfolgt über eine recht abenteuerliche Stichstraße. Diese ist zwar asphaltiert, aber dennoch in mäßig gutem Zustand und vor allem sehr schmal. Teils sind komplizierte Ausweichmanöver vonnöten, um auf der einspurigen Straße aneinander vorbeizukommen. Leider ist die Straße abends auch nicht beleuchtet; für mich als ausschließliche Urlaubsautofahrerin war das schon etwas herausfordernd. Aber für routinierte Autofahrer vermutlich halb so schlimm und belohnt wird man dann mit einer exklusiven Lage mit Weitblick. ;-) Nachbarn gibt es rundherum auch, sodass man sich nicht zu isoliert fühlt, aber es ist dennoch sehr ruhig. Von der Finca aus kann man zwei benachbarte Gärten einsehen, man selbst ist aber etwas erhöht und daher vor Blicken geschützt. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert! Verwaltet wird das Häuschen übrigens von Casitas Select, die uns vor der Anreise zuverlässig mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt hatten.

Les gros plus de cette maison sont sans aucun doute les extérieurs. Plusieurs terrasses très agréables, jolie petite piscine bien exposée en cette saison, bbq sympathique et vues exceptionnelles sur Frigiliana, la montagne et la mer. La route d'accès est assez étroite mais praticable et confère au lieu une quiétude qui sort de l'ordinaire. L'intérieur de la maison est plus simple mais correct. Une nouvelle literie ne serait pas superflu. Nous avons eu un accueil efficace et sympathique. Adresse à recommander.

Gelegen in alle rust met prachtige uitzichten. Huis is vrij basic doch smaakvol ingericht en brandschoon. Fijne terrassen rondom het huis en bomen met avocado's, vijgen en kakivrucht in de tuin. De weg ernaar toe went maar was voor ons in het donker geen optie.
